Welcome to Trossachs Shooting School, situated in the heart of the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park. Located at Ledard Farm, Kinlochard by Aberfoyle, and conveniently situated next door to the Forest Hills Hotel. The Trossachs Shooting School has an outdoor clay-pigeon range with a variety of electronic, radio-controlled and manual traps to simulate high pheasant, grouse, and snipe shooting. Clay pigeon shooting is a sport that sharpens the senses and tests your reactive powers Now you can enjoy the experience in the glorious setting of the Trossachs Mountains on the slopes of Ben Venue looking across to Ben Lomond. The emphasis is on fun but the shoot is conducted by our expert instructors. Two radio-controlled traps provide the targets, while there is a choice of guns, sub-sonic ammunition is used which reduces the recoil and noise significantly. Your visit can include a fascinating tour of the farm. The stock includes sheep and cashmere-producing goats. Coffee and tea are available, free of charge, in the log cabin which is located to the rear of the firing point.
