Glasgow School of Art in Loch Lomond
The Glasgow School of Art was founded in 1845. During the 1880s the School's expansion necessitated construction of a new building. In 1896a competition for the design of this new buildingwas announced and won by Charles Rennie MacKintosh. The building stands as a testimony to his genius.
