Loch Lomond Articles
Maid of The Loch
Maid of the Loch, Loch Lomond's Paddle Steamer, is a visitor attraction with cafe, bar and function suite.
Open 11am - 4pm every day from Easter to the end of September, and Saturday & Sundays only, from October to Easter. Admission Free, car parking close by.
The Maid was built in 1953 and is located at Balloch Pier.
For 2007, the Balloch Steam Slipway is open to the public.
Rebuilt in 2006, it is open the same times as the Maid, and in addition there will be "In Steam" days throughout the year when the steam engines and winding gear will be operational.
