Woodside - bed and breakfast in a friendly atmosphere. We have two rooms one twin room with a large private bathroom with shower and bath and the other a large bright double room ensuite,both rooms have TV and video plus tea/coffee making facilities etc.It is a pleasant spacious house in a quiet cul de sac on a hill overlooking Helensburgh, the Garloch, Clyde Estuary and with views across to the mountains of Arran. Two minutes walk from Rennie Mackintosh's Hill House. We are an ideal centre for touring, hill walking, fishing and golf - the Loch Lomond Course is 20 minutes away.There are two railway stations, the nearest of which is five minutes walk and gives access to the West Highland Line (Oban, Fort William, Mallaig and Glasgow). The famous sea going paddle steamer, the Waverley, can be joined at Helensburgh for its summer cruises.
